摘  要:我国古代有关评价的实践活动多集中表现在对人才的评定和选拔上,并且一直重视两方面的评价功能,一是对人的才智的评价,二是对人的德行的评价。而人才选拔才智的评价主要是靠考试来获取信息,这就涉及对评价标准的认识和如何将这些认识的标准运用于具体的评价手段上,科举制解决了由主观认识带来的一系列问题,并且在实践中积累了一套评价标准比较客观、评价形式相对规范的"文有定评"的方法,值得我们深入研究和借鉴。至于德行评价的内容,还有待挖掘。The evaluation and selection of qualified personnel are the concentration expression of the evaluation activities In ancient China, two important function of evaluation has been emphasized, one is the evaluation of intelligence, the other is the evaluation of morality. The information on the selection of one' s intelligence is mainly depended on examination, which requires the recognition of evaluation standard and the utilization of the standard in particular methods, the generation of the imperial examination system gradually solved the problem brought by subjective cognition, in particular, the relatively objective, normative methodology accumulated in the long history of examination practice, which requires deep research and reference, in regards for the evaluation of morality, it remains to be determined.
