摘  要:研究了用紫外分光光度法测定芝麻油的掺假情况。该方法具有操作简单,所用试剂少等特点,可以定量测定芝麻油的纯度。对4种不同掺假芝麻油进行检测,其变异系数小于5%,并与改进的波多因法作了比较。This paper studied ultroviolet spectrometry method for the detection of adulterated sesame oil.This method can check the sesame oil purity quantitatively with simple operation and few reagent.Four adulterated sesame oil were determined and their coefficient variation were less than 5%.Meanwhile,this method was compared with modified Boudouin method and their results were near to the same.
