关于职业院校医学教育教学改革的思考

摘  要:"社会-心理-生物"医学模式及"转化医学"新概念,都对现行的医学教育和医学人才的培养提出了新的要求,从而导致医学教育教学理念和医学人才培养模式发生重大改变。医学教育就要体现"以学生为中心"的理念,医学人才的培养模式就应该是知识、能力、态度或素质的高度协调统一。改变传统医学教育模式,就是要改革以学科为中心的课程计划、以课堂讲授为主的说教式教学方法,重构新的教育教学课程体系,大幅度增加形成性评价、尽量减少课程的终结性评价,及时进行教学情况反馈,对教和学进行适当干预,从而达到改进和提高的目的。The "social-psychology-biology" medicine pattern and the new concept of "transformed medicine" set the new request to the present medical education and the medicine talented person's raise,thus causes the medical education teaching idea and the medicine personnel training pattern has the significant change.The medical education must manifest "take the student as the center" the idea,the medicine talented person's raise pattern should be the knowledge,ability,the manner or quality high coordinated unifies.To change the traditional medicine educational pattern,is must reform take the discipline plans as the central curriculum,teaches the rigid theorizing type teaching method primarily by the classroom,restructures the new education teaching curriculum system,increases large scale forms the appraisal,to reduce the curriculum as far as possible the terminating appraisal,carries on the teaching situation feedback promptly,to teaches with study to carry on the suitable intervention,thus achieves the improvement and the enhancement goal.
