云南高职教育课程开发存在的问题及改进建议

摘　　要：云南高职教育承担着高端技能型专门人才培养的重任,课程是高职教育"培养什么样的人"的重要载体。本文结合目前云南高职教育课程开发存在的问题,提出要从确立课程开发思想、加强课程开发培训、提高教师积极性、组建课程开发团队、校企合作等方面加强课程开发。Yunnan higher vocational education bears the heavy task of cultivating high skilled specialists.The curriculum is the important vector for ＂training what kind of person＂ in higher vocational education.Combined with the current problems in the development of curriculum in higher vocational education in Yunnan,this paper proposed to strengthen the curriculum development from establishing curriculum development thinking,strengthening curriculum training,improving teachers＇ initiative,establishing curriculum development teams,and developing university-enterprise cooperation.
