摘 要:叶圣陶是20世纪我国卓越的教育家,他一生从事文化教育工作76个春秋,形成了博大精深、特色鲜明的教育思想。叶圣陶教育思想的文化特质,就在于它的实践性、创新性、民族性、大众性。它从探索和回答中国教育改革的实际问题出发,批判扬弃传统教育思想,精辟、独到地揭示了中国现代教育的文化精神和基本原理;它将其文化精神和基本原理具体贯彻和体现在德育、教学、教师发展、语文教育等实践领域,总结和提炼丰富的教育改革实践经验,发展、创新了中国现代教育教学理论和智慧。Ye Shengtao was a Chinese prominent educator in the 20th century. Having devoted himself to cultural and educational work for 76 years in his lifetime, Ye Shengtao had formed profound and distinctive educational thoughts. Cultural traits of educational thoughts of Ye Shengtao lay in its practicality, innovation, nationality and popularity. It disclosed the cultural spirit and basic principles of Chinese modern education incisively and originally on the basis of exploring and answering the practical problems of Chinese educational reform and by means of discarding and criticizing the improper thoughts of traditional education while developing those useful and healthy. It put its cultural spirit and basic principle into effect in the practical fields of moral education, teaching, teacher development and Chinese education. It summarized and refined abundant practical experience of educational reform, which developed and innovated Chinese modern education teaching theory and wisdom.
