摘　　要：以武汉生物工程学院园林系为例,根据市场对人才的需求特点,对园林技术专业人才培养模式进行改革和创新,构建了培养应用型创新人才"2+1"培养模式。围绕该模式,在师资培养、课程体系、基地建设、考核模式、提高素质等方面进行了改革。With the Department of Landscape Garden in Wuhan Bioengineering Institute for example, the talents training model of gardening technology majors was reformed and innovated according to the requirements of the market, the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ model for cultivating the talents with application and innovation ability was constructed. Based on this model, the teachers, training, curriculum system, base construction, ap- praisal model and quality improvement were reformed.
