摘　　要：文章结合我国高校多校区管理的特点,论述了MBO模式在高校多校区管理中的作用以及MBO在高校多校区管理中运用的瓶颈。最后,提出了MBO模式在多校区管理中的运用策略,旨在提高多校区管理工作的效果及效率。The paper illustrates the importance of MBO based on the experience of management of more campuses in our country,and analyse the difficulties that are needed to come over and make some suggestions in the end,so as to improve the effect and effecience of the management of two campuses of Chongqing Universtity of Arts and Science better.
