摘 要:目的:探讨普通高校体育课中施加团体训练对大学生人格发展的影响。方法:以体育课分组合作教学的形式为团体训练的主题活动,对27名大学生进行了为期10周的训练。另选取27名大学生未进行团体训练干预,进行对比研究。试验前后分别测查16PF,并进行了交叉对比。结果:试验班经团体训练后16PF及自我评价有明显改善:乐群性、持强性、有恒性、忧虑性、自律性以及16PF双重人格Y4出现显著性差异。对照班:乐群性和忧虑性出现显著性差异。10周后试验班与对照班16PF各因子得分比较显示:聪慧性、持强性、有恒性、忧虑性、自律性存在显著性差异。结论:普通高校体育课中施加团体训练是可行的;团体训练对促进大学生人格发展短期有明显效果。Objective: To explore the effect of group training applied in the physical education courses on the personality development of the college students.Method: A group training course in the form of team cooperation in the P.E.course was applied to 27 college students for 10 weeks.And the comparison group is 27 students who did not have an intervention of group training.16PF were measured before and after the experimental investigations,and cross-comparison was conducted.Result: After the group training classes,the self-evaluation and 16PF had significant improvement: their Lok Kwan strong resistance,persistence,anxiety,self-discipline and dual personality F4 in 16PF(in a new environment and growth ability of the personality factors) appeared significant difference.Control class: Lok Kwan and worries had emerged significant differences.After 10 weeks of comparing the 16PF indicators of the control classes and experimental classes,it shows that intelligence,strength of support,persistence,anxiety,self-discipline have significant differences.Conclusion: It is feasible to apply group training in the P.E.course in colleges and in a short term,group training has a significant effect on facilitating the development of the personality of college students.
