摘 要:教育对生命的关怀和对人的价值的尊重是教育的本质回归,教育主旋律应该是以人为本、因材施教,充分发展学生的健全个性的创新教育。基于时代的要求,笔者提出了发展学生健全个性的弹性教学理念,以多元智能理论、因材施教思想、人本主义学习理论、生态心理学等多种理论作为支撑,建构了发展学生健全个性的弹性教学模式,分析了弹性教学模式的构成要素,提出了与之相对应的弹性教学评价,回答了钱学森之问。弹性教学模式在教学实践中已经取得较好成效,教学实践研究表明,教学有弹性才有活性与灵性,也才有创造性。Care for life and respect for human values is the regression of the essence of education.The main theme of our education should be based on people-oriented,individualized,and innovative education for the full development of students' sound personality.Based on requirements of the times,the author proposes the flexible teaching philosophy for the development of sound personality of students based on the theory of multiple intelligences,individualized thinking,humanistic learning theory,ecological psychology,and many other theories,which built the flexible teaching for personality development of students.Through the analysis of elements of the flexible teaching,which made teaching evaluation for correlative flexible teaching,who answered the Qian Xuesen's Question.Flexible teaching pattern in teaching practice has been to achieve better results,the practice research shows that only flexibility brings about activity,activity brings about spirituality and inspiration brings about creativity.
