摘　　要：欧阳修的《新五代史》是"二十四史"中富有文学色彩的著作之一,在中国古典传记文学史上占有重要地位,其叙事、写人学习《史记》传统,颇得史迁之神韵。而其以"呜呼"发端的独特史论体例,既继承前代传统,又有新的创造,是作者表达感情和评价人物的重要形式,《伶官传序》就是其中代表作之一,其经典化的过程,显示了《新五代史》不朽的文学价值。The New History of the Five Dynasties by OUYANG Xiu took an important place in Chinese history of classical literary biography as one of the literary-flavoured works among The Twenty-four Histories.As the author deliberately followed the stylistic traditions of The Records of the Historian,the work presented very similar stylistic distinctions to the former.He both succeeded the old tradition and added his innovative practice by starting his historical comments with a characteristic ＂alas＂ as a leading form of expressing the author＇s emotion and comments to historical personalities.One of his masterpieces in the work,The Preface to Biographies of Chief Officers of Music showed the immortal literary value of The New History of the Five Dynasties with its process of canonization.
