发达国家旅游职业教育实践能力培养模式研究

摘　　要：旅游业的发展对旅游职业教育提出了新的要求，能否构建特色鲜明的实践教学模式，是实现人才培养目标的关键。发达国家的职业教育，为我们提供了宝贵的经验，特别是在学生实践能力培养方面。本文对几个发达国家职业教育中实践能力的培养模式进行分析比较，旨在借鉴其经验，以利于形成我国职业教育实践能力的培养模式。With the development of tourism industry and the increasing demand of tourism talents, vocational education of tourism develops very quickly. Confronting the rigid challenge brought from international market, many vocational schools have put ＂cultivating of practical capability＂ on top priority. This article analyzes and compares the cultivation patterns of practical capabilities in tourism vocational education in developed countries and tries to form our cultivating patterns,using their experience for reference.
