基于制度保障的职业教育吸引力研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：目前,河南省职业教育取得了跨越式发展,但仍然存在吸引力不强的问题,造成这一问题的原因主要有:社会主流价值观与大众歧视心理的负面影响,职业院校基础能力薄弱、办学特色不明显,以及人才评价体系和升学制度的弊端等。因此,需要完善相关制度打造优质的职业教育增强职业教育的吸引力,实现河南省职业教育的持续健康发展。Nowadays,vocational education in Henan has made a leap-forward development,still with the problem of little attraction.The reasons mainly are as follows：the negative effect of social mainstream values and public discrimination,the weakness of basic capabilities and indistinct characteristics of vocational schools,the deficiency of talents evaluation and college entering system.Therefore,we should enhance the attraction of vocational education by good quality and system perfection,in order to realize the continuous healthy development of it.
