社区卫生服务机构岗位评价要素体系的研究

摘　　要：目的了解和筛选社区卫生服务人员心目中认可度较高的岗位评价要素,构建社区卫生服务机构的岗位评价要素体系。方法通过文献回顾法和专家讨论法共选取27项评价要素,制定社区卫生服务人员岗位评价要素的认可度调查问卷,再按照岗位类别通过分层随机抽样法抽取北京市336名社区卫生服务人员进行调查。采用频数分析、因子分析等统计方法确定评价要素及其结构。结果因子分析结果共提取5个因子,可作为评价要素的维度。经筛选后最终保留21个评价要素,初步确立了社区卫生服务机构的岗位评价要素体系。结论经分析与筛选,最终得到了可靠并具有代表性的评价要素,达到初步设计要求,形成了社区卫生服务机构的岗位评价要素体系,继而为建立适合我国社区卫生服务机构的岗位评价体系提供依据。Objective To investigate the opinions of community health service staff on job evaluation factors, and build a job evaluation system for community health services. Methods Altogether 336 community health service staff in Beijing were randomly selected from each job category. The staff were surveyed with a questionnaire developed upon 27 evaluation factors drawn through literature review and expert discussion. Evaluation factors and structure were developed using statistical methods in- eluding frequency analysis and factor analysis. Results Five dimensions and 21 factors were drawn from the analyses. Conclusion The research team established a reasonable and reliable job evaluation system for community health services.
