摘　　要：用变分法中的山路定理研究带磁势和临界增长项的非线性薛定谔方程-(ε▽+iA(x))2u+V(x)u=f(︱u︱2)u+K(x)︱u︱2*-2u,x∈N,得到了极小能量解uε的存在性.The authors considered the following nonlinear Schrdinger equation with magnetic fields and critical nonlinearity-（ε▽＋iA（x））2u＋V（x）u=f（︱u︱2）u＋K（x）︱u︱2＊-2u,x∈N and established the existence of the least energy solution uε for smal l ε using the mountain pass theorem of variational method.
