摘　　要：尽管经过几代人的不懈努力和探索,教育问题仍旧是时下社会关注最多的话题。然而教育革新中的经验和教训告诉我们仅凭形式化、空洞的变革无法追根溯源从根本上解决目前的问题。本文试图从教育改革的外部环境入手,剖析阻碍高职院校教学改革的"绊脚石"以求抛砖引玉,为教育教学改革贡献一份微薄之力。After generations hard-working and researching, issues on education are still most focused topics currently. Experiences and lessons in previous efforts tell us that we cannot solve the problems being discussed by superficial unreflecting reform or innovation. In this paper the author tries to find the handicaps and solutions by analyzing the surroundings of education reform.
