摘　　要：口腔内科的实习是口腔专业实习中较重要和关键的环节,通过一些具体的实施步骤及教学方法的改革,取得了较好的成绩,提高了学生的综合素质。实施步骤及教学方法的改革如下:注重岗前培训;采用循序渐进、由浅入深的教学方法;从执业医师考试的层面加强学生基本功的训练;做好每天一小结,每周一PBL(Problem-Based Learning)形式的专业讨论,每半月一专题讲座;加强人文精神的培养,注重素质教育,加强医德医风建设。Oral medicine internship is an important and essential step in the stomatological medicine practice. Better results have achieved in this regard after taking the following measures： pre-service training; gradual or from-easy-to-difficult teaching method; reinforcement of the ha- sic knowledge by means of medical practitioner exam; arranging daily discussions, weekly professional discussions by PBL, and fortnightly the- matic lectures; attaching importance to humanities spirit and quality education as well as medical ethics education.
