摘　　要：青少年的心理困扰与心理障碍大多数与认知缺乏、认知不足、认知错误这三种情况有关,在青少年心理咨询中,从总体策略来看,应从认知层面和行为层面两方面入手。通过在认知层面上让其获得正确、理性的认知,同时在行为层面加以改变,从而消除青少年的心理困扰与心理障碍。Adolescent psychological problem and barrier is mostly correlated to the three cases in the shortage of cognition, the lack of cognition and the error of cognition. In the adolescent counselling, from the overall strate- gy, we are able to let them get correct, rational awareness on knowledge level, guide and change them on behavior level, thus removing of psychological problem and barrier.
