摘　　要：教师的工作是一种较高负荷的情绪劳动,这决定了教师在教育教学工作中需要按照一定的情绪表达规则来展现自己的情绪。教师情绪表达规则是基于组织和工作目标而定位的,并受社会文化背景及教育习俗的影响。情绪表达规则一旦被教师所接受并内化,就会对教师的教育教学行为具有调节指导作用。根据教师工作的内容、性质、任务以及场所,教师情绪表达规则包括对待学生的情绪规则、与家长相处的情绪规则、与同事相处的情绪规则、与学校领导相处的情绪规则以及消极感受表达的情绪规则。教师教育部门应该帮助教师习得这些规则,并将其内化为自己的价值准则。Teaching involves a relatively high level of emotional labor, which determines that teachers should display their emotions in teaching according to certain emotional display rules. Teachers＇ emotional display rules are oriented toward organization and teaching goals, and influenced by social-cultural background and teaching practice. Once accepted and internalized by teachers, teachers＇ emotional display rules will reg- ulate teachers＇ performance. According to the content, nature, task and place of work, teachers＇ emotional display rules include rules for treating students, working with parents, colleagues and school leaders, and rules for negative emotional display. Teachers＇ education department should help teachers acquire the rules a- bove, and let them internalize the rules into their own values.
