老年人汉语阅读中预视效益的眼动研究

摘　　要：以眼动仪为记录工具,以32名老年人为被试,采用边界范式考察被试从视觉的副中央凹处获取信息的类型。结果发现,老年人只能从副中央凹预视中获得汉字的字形信息,而不能获得汉字的语音信息。这表明:老年人在预视中只能提取字形信息以加速汉字识别,而语音信息没有发挥作用。这一结果在一定程度上可以解释为何老年人阅读效率低于年轻人。The present study investigated what kind of informa- tion the elder readers acquired from the word to the right fixation which was referred to as parafoveal preview benefit by using the boundary paradigm. Thirt two elder readers participated in the experiment and their eye movements were recorded. The resultsshowed that the elder readers only obtained orthographic information from parafoveal preview, but not phonological information. It could explain partially why eider readers read less efficiently than adults.
