摘　　要：铬在调节动物血糖平衡和免疫反应等方面发挥着重要作用,并且具有促进动物生长、繁殖以及抗应激和改善畜产品品质等功能。本文从铬的营养特点、生物学功能以及安全性评价等方面对有机铬在养牛生产中的合理应用进行了综述。Chromium exert important function on regulating glucose balance and immuno response of animals.It can improve growth and reproductive performance,which have the effect of anti-stress and improve livestock qulity.The reasonable application of organic chromium in cattle production was reviewd in this article,which included nutritional characteristics,biological function and safety evaluation.
