摘　　要：随着我国教育体制的深入改革，新时期的全新教育形式为我们高职院校的教育教学提出了更高的要求。本文尝试从高职院校团学工作的概念、团学工作的重要意义、当前在文化构建过程中存在的问题以及具体解决措施四个方面进行简要的论述。With China＇s education system reform, the new period of new forms of education for our higher vocational education has put forward higher requirements, this article attempts from the vocational colleges League study concept, mission the impor- tance of the work, in the culture construction of the existing problems and solving measures in four aspects discussed.
