如何提高中医学专业英语班学生汉译英能力

摘　　要：为了传播中医和发展中医药事业,把中医专业英语班学生的英语教学重点转向学生中医汉译英能力的培养势在必行。然而目前中医专业英语教学仍然因循原来的教学模式,必然影响学生翻译能力的培养和提高。就中医院校中医专业英语教学的教学现状和特点,结合我们多年来中医专业英语教学实践,来探讨中医英语教学中培养学生翻译能力的可行性,以及具体的实施策略和方法。To spread traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）and develop its cause, it is imperative to turn the English teaching focus onto cultivating the ability of English translation of TCM for students of English class in colleges of TCM. However, the English teaching nowadays in TCM colleges has till followed the same old mode, this inevitably impacts on the cultivation and improvement of the students＇ ability in English translation. Based on the status and characteristics of teaching in TCM colleges and according to our teaching experience for years, we explore the feasibility of cultivating the students＇ translation ability in English teaching, and the concrete strategy and methods as well.
