课堂教学互动中教育机会不均等问题探析

摘　　要：课堂教学中机会均等问题备受关注。课堂互动中,由于受教师个人的主观意志的影响,对优秀生关注较多、互动频次差异较大及教师的期待心理加剧等原因导致教育机会的不均等问题产生。教师应树立正确的师德观及学生发展观,合理地设计教学内容,分层次地开展教学,以激发学生学习的积极性,创造有利于互动的课堂学习空间。The equal opportunity problem in classroom has attracted public attention widely. Affected by teachers＇ individual ideas, such unequalities as more attention to excellent students, great difference on interaction ferquencies and the expectation in teacher＇ s mind appear. Therefore, teachers should set up correct views of edu- cational ethics and students＇ development,design teaching contents comprehensively and take instruction in differ- ent layers to motivate students and creat a classroom environment benefitial for interaction.
