摘　　要：目的　探讨人类连接蛋白基因 2 6 (connexin2 6 ,Cx2 6 )的调控机理。方法　对 Cx2 6基因转译起始点上游的一个 DNase- 1超敏区片段 1.6 kb进行序列分析和 CAT报告基因分析。结果　 Cx2 6 - 1.6 kb片段具有启动子功能。结论　 Cx2 6 - 1.6 kb中含有 2个 GT盒 (分别位于 - 6 15 8bp和 - 6 2 13bp) ,1个TTAAAA盒位于 - 6 2 37bp,这是在人类 Cx2 6基因中新发现的第 2个启动区。Objective To explain regulatory mechanism of the human connexin 26(Cx26) gene. Methods A DNase 1 hypersensitive 1.6kb fragment upstream of the 5′ terminus of the Cx26 gene was sequenced and assayed with CAT reporter system. Results The Cx26 1.6kb sequence serves as a powerful promoter.Conclusion The Cx26 1.6kb fragment contains two GT boxes (centering at 6158 and 6213 bp), and a TATA less TTAAAA box ( 6237/ 6232 bp)which is another promoter region of the human Cx26.
