摘  要:自20世纪80年代以来,我国大学英语课程的教学定位发生了多元化的变化。这些变化满足了不同历史时期的社会需要,展现了大学英语教学的发展历程。在现行《大学英语课程教学要求》的大学英语课程教学定位中还存在着一些值得深入思考的问题,基于对历史发展的回顾和现存问题的分析,当前大学英语课程的教学定位应当是培养学生的英语综合应用能力和实用英语应用能力。Since the 1980s, great changes have taken place concerning the teaching orientation of our national college English curriculum. Many of the changes have met the social requirements of our different historical periods, and have shown us the development history of our national college English teaching. However, there still exist some aspects worthy of further consideration in the the current College English Curriculum Requirements in terms of the teaching orentation of college English curriculum. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and the retrospection to the college English curriculum reform, the teaching orientation of our current college English curriculum should be focused on cultivating students' comprehensive English competence and the practical English competence.
