论新时期高校教工小家建设的作用

摘　　要：新时期高校多校区办学局面已经形成,传统的"教工之家"建设模式已不能适应新形势的需要。高校工会应顺应形势,创新思路,在努力建好学校"教工之家"的同时,大力加强"教工小家"建设,在加强学校民主管理与监督、发挥工会教育职能、维护教职工合法权益、促进校园文化建设等方面发挥作用。Campuses situation of university and college has been formed in new period,the traditional construction mode of Staff Home cannot be adapted to the new needs of the situation.The labor union of university and college should conform to the situation and innovative ideas to strengthen Small Home of faculty construction.The Small Home of faculty play an important role in strengthening democratic management and supervision,labor union education functions,safeguarding worker＇s legitimate rights and interests,promoting the construction of campus culture.
