摘　　要：高校与企业合作旨在提高人才培养质量和企业经济效益,这在发达国家已经成熟,然而在国内尚显不足,尤其是面向信息化的管理专业校企合作教学模式更是缺乏成功案例。文章分析了当前管理专业校企合作教学的诸多问题,针对于此提出面向信息化的校企合作教学模式及路径,并通过院校试点,检验其成效。College-enterprise cooperation aims to improve the personnel training quality and corporate economic benefits,which has been mature in developed countries.However,it showed insufficient domestically,especially in successful case of college-enterprise cooperation mode for management profession teaching to face informatization.The paper analyzed current problems of management profession teaching mode of college-enterprise cooperation,put forward new mode and route for informatization to settle such problems and finally tested its results in a school of management engineering.
