从教师职后表现谈教师职前培养改革

摘　　要：高等师范院校培养的师范毕业生在从教后表现出明显的优势,同时也存在一些不足。要进一步提高教师职前培养的质量,需要进一步完善高师师范专业学生培养课程设置,改进高师教育教学方法,优化高师教师队伍的结构与素质,夯实高师师范生角色心理教育等。Graduates from normal colleges and universities showed obvious advantages after they took teaching as their job, at the same time, they showed some defects. In order to enhance the quality of preservice training, we need improve further course arrangement and teaching methods, optimize teachers＇ quality and structure, and promote normal students mental education, etc.
