摘　　要：为深化食品工艺学实验教学改革,优化课程教学方案设计,教学方案设计思路建立大型项目实验由子项目组成的总项目,采用全过程项目管理手段,从而培养学生面向产品,提升科研、团队协作、项目管理等能力。In order to further reform in Teaching of the Food technology experiment and optimize the teaching design plan of the course.We set up large scale experiment by introducing the whole process of project management to train up the capability of research and development on products and improve the level on the scientific research,team collaboration,and project management.
