摘  要:目的观察酸奶的促进消化功能。方法采用自身和组间两种对照设计,选择110例消化不良的自愿受试者,按受试者的消化症状轻重随机分为试食组和对照组,每组55例,试食组食用酸奶,连续30d,对照组不服用酸奶。试食组和对照组均正常饮食,观察两组在试食前后的功效性指标的变化,采用自身及组间两种试验设计进行统计分析。结果试食组试验前后自身比较,临床症状积分明显减少(P﹤0.05),钡条试验2h的胃排空率明显提高(P﹤0.05);试验后试食组与对照组组间比较,临床症状积分明显减少(P﹤0.05),钡条试验2h的胃排空率明显提高(P﹤0.05)。试验前后两组受试者血、尿、便常规各项检测指标均在正常范围,受试者精神、睡眠未见异常。结论酸奶对人体具有明显促进消化功能,且对人体健康无不良影响。OBJECTIVE To observe the function of yogurt on facilitating human digestion.METHODS We adopted the self-control and inter-group-control experiment.110 volunteers were randomly assigned to the trial group and control group based on their constipation symptoms,each group has 55 cases.The trial group was given yogurt for thirty days continuously.Both groups were fed with normal diet.Then the efficiency index were analyzed adopting self-control and inter-group control study.RESULTS In the trial group,the symptom score decreased and 2 hours gastric evacuation rate increased after administration compared to before administration(P﹤0.05).After administration,the symptom score was significantly lower and 2 hours gastric evacuation rate significantly higher in the control group than that in the trial group(P﹤0.05).No adverse effects was observed,and the indexes of blood,urine and stool routine indexes were showed within the normal range,and there was no abnormal in the mental and sleeping statue.CONCLUSION Yogurt could improve human digestion function with no adverse effects.
