摘 要:在社会变迁背景下走出德育困境,需要研究作为价值主体的学生的发展规律,藉个体的"为我性"引导他们实现"自我超越"与主体性两个向度的统一。学生的自我取向是价值发展的内在动力,学生的成长以自我同一性探索为基调,在变化的学校环境中不断选择和表现其自我定位。学生的发展具有年级特点,呈现规律性的变化。引导学生组织起来,开发潜能创造学校文化,在学校文化建设中顺势催化学生的人格发展。这是学校价值教育的主要途径。To get out of predicament in moral education in the context of social transformation, it is necessa- ry to study the development laws of students who are value subjects, and guide their unification of active self - transcendence and subjectivity with selfish tendency. The orientation of students' self - identity is the intrinsic motivation of value development. The growth of students is based on their exploration of ego. They constantly choose and display their orientation of ego formed in different stages in school environment. Their development has their perspective characteristics in different grades, displaying a regular change. Therefore, the main path of value education is to organize the students to realize their potency, construct school culture and stimulate their personality development.
