摘　　要：非会计专业财务管理教学由于授课对象的特殊性，在许多方面表现出与会计专业教学不同的特性。但现实中，受会计专业财务管理教学的影响，容易忽视不同专业的差异，在教学内容、教材建设和教学方法上仍选用会计专业的教学模式，导致非会计专业财务管理教学成为会计专业财务管理教学的缩写，未能发挥其应有的作用。Teaching of financial management for non -accounting major students differ from accounting in many aspects, which is for the particularity of teaching object. But in reality, teaching content, teaching material construction and teaching methods of financial management for non - accounting major students are still chosen accounting professional teaching mode, which failed to play its due role. This paper explores the suitable teaching mode in order to improve the teaching quality and effect from my school teaching practice, which bases on employment needs and professional ability of non accounting major students from the teaching content, teaching material construction and teaching methods.
