论校园文化建设的思想与实践——基于华山中学校园文化建设活动的系列思考之一

摘　　要：本文介绍了文化概念的源起和基本内涵,提出校园文化是校园环境中所产生的特定文化,通过将华山中学校园文化建设实践经验与党的十七届六中全会"决定"内容相结合,论述了中小学校园文化建设是社会主义先进文化建设不可或缺的基础环节,只有以马克思主义文化观作为思想基础,在"兵团精神"的统领下,站在"教育兴则兵团兴,教育强则兵团强"的战略高度,把校园文化建设作为兵团基础教育的突破口,亮出品牌、凝聚人心、稳定队伍,才能更好地完成从"屯垦戍边"向"教育戍边"的转变,实现兵团跨越式发展。This paper introduces the origin and connotation of the concept of culture, and holds that campus culture is a particular culture which is produced in a specific environment. By combing the practical experience of Huashan Middle School ＇ s culture construction with the content of the Party＇s seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences ＂decision＂ , the article proposes that the elementary and middle school campus culture construction is an indispensable basis for advanced socialist culture construction. We should take Marxist view of culture as an ideological basis. What＇ s more, under the command of ＂Bingtuan Spirit＂ and with the help of the strategy of ＂when education is prosperous, Binguan is prosperous＂, campus culture can be taken as a breakthrough of Bingtuan education. And in order to better transform the idea from ＂stationing troops to guard the frontier＂ to ＂guard the frontier through education＂ and thus realize Bingtuan＇ s great leap - forward development, we must use publicity, unite the people, and stabilize the team.
