摘　　要：论文结合某印染厂的技术改造,提出了基于CAN总线的染色机分布式控制系统;重点介绍了染色自动化控制器的软、硬件设计方案、控制算法,以及CAN通信的实现方法;并利用实例,验证了该系统完全能满足染色工艺过程的控制需要。This paper proposes a distributed control system for dyeing Machine based on CAN bus, as part of the technological innovation at a Dyeing ; focusing on the Software ,hardware design and control algorithm of the dyeing automation controller, and the realized method of CAN communication; The design is verified to be able to meet the needs in dyeing process control by an application instance.
