摘  要:分析了我国体育教师教育存在的问题,认为,我国体育教师教育缺乏整体性和连续性,培养和培训严重脱节,职前培养片面追求运动技术学习,不重视教学实习.提出了体育教师的培养、培训发展模式,认为,应该建立职前、入职、职后培养培训紧密联系的科学教育体系,提高教师学历,丰富教学内容,重视开展教学实习活动.Problems on Chinese PE teacher's education are analyzed.It is considered that PE teachers education lack of overall planning and consistency and cultivation and train disconnect seriously.Sport technique is one-sided pursued in pre-service education and teaching practice is thought little of.The development patterns of PE teacher education and training are proposed.It is considered that a scientific education system should be established,which is connected closely with pre-service,in-service and post-employment education programs.It is necessary to improve Chinese PE teachers' degrees,to expand the contents of technical subjects and value teaching practices.
