摘 要:考察大孔吸附树脂对菠萝皮中多酚的纯化效果。比较5种树脂的吸附和解吸能力,从中筛选出适合分离菠萝皮总多酚的树脂,并对其吸附和解吸条件进行优化。结果表明,D101为纯化菠萝皮总多酚的最佳树脂,最佳纯化条件:上样流速为1.5mL/min,上柱样液为3.9mg/mL,解吸剂为80%乙醇,洗脱流速为1.0mL/min洗脱时,经D101精制的菠萝皮总多酚的纯度为39.03%。This paper was to evaluate the adsorption capability and purification effect of polyphenols in pineapple peels on macroporous absorption resin.The suitable resin was selected by comparing 5 kinds of macroporous resins for pineapple peels polyphenols adsorption,and desorption capacity,optimum conditions for absorption and elution of total polyphenols were optimized.The results showed that D101 is the best to purify total polyphenols and the optimum conditions were:flow rate 1.5 mL/min,polyphenol concentration 3.9 mg/mL,washing solution 80% ethanol and elution rate 1.0 mL/min.The purity of polyphenols in pineapple peels purified by D101 was 39.03%.
