摘 要:目的 :观察强化钙、锌、维生素 A、维生素 D的糕点对改善学前儿童营养状况及生长发育的效果。方法 :以 54名 5~ 6岁健康儿童为对象 ,分为强化组和对照组 ,于午睡后加餐 ,连续观察70 d,比较两组儿童的身高、体重、维生素 A缺乏症检出率及血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、钙、锌、维生素A的水平。结果 :强化组儿童的身高增长值高于对照组 ;血钙、血锌、血清维生素 A的水平较加餐前明显提高 ;维生素 A缺乏症检出率明显下降。结论 :强化钙、锌、维生素 A、维生素Objective: To observe effects of the cakes fortified with calcium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin D on improving the nutritional status and growth and development for the preschool children Methods: fiftyfour preschool healthy children aged 5~6 were divided into fortified and control groups They took cakes after nap for 70 days The height, weight, the positive rate of vitamin A deficiency, the levels of serum total protein , albumin, serum calcium,zinc, and vitamin A were compared between the two groups Results: The increasing value of the height of the children in fortified group is higher than that of the control group The levels of serum calcium, serum zinc, serum vitamin A were significantly higher than that before the cake adding, while the detective rate of vitamin A deficiency was distinctly decreased Conclusion: The cakes fortified with calcium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin D can improve the nutritional status of preschool children and promote their growth and development
