摘　　要：目的探讨感染科临床护士带教的方法与效果。方法运用多种教学方式,结合临床实际,定期进行考核。结果通过多种教学方式,提高了护士的学习主动性,适应了角色的转变,教与学也形成了反馈系统。结论合理化的教学方式达到了教学目的,提高了教学效果。Objective To discuss the methods and effectiveness of clinical teaching for student nurses in the department of infectious diseases Methods A variety of approaches of teaching were applied in combination of clinical practice to train and regularly check the apprentices.Results A variety of ways of teaching improved the initiatives of nurses and made them adapted to the changing roles,and teaching and learning formed a feed-back system.Conclusion The goal of teaching was achieved and the teaching effect was improved by reasonable teaching methods.
