摘　　要：运用组织学习方式可以将在实践中表现出高度技能和丰富经验的优秀辅导员在学生思想政治教育与管理工作保持质量的措施与经验转化为辅导员团队共同分享的知识,提升整体辅导员团队工作的组织化能力;能够改进辅导员工作与其他学生教育及管理过程的协同作用;改善组织学生思想教育与日常管理的整体运行机制;以及改善辅导员的学生管理方法。Use of organizational learning,the experience of an excellent counselor who is demonstrated a high degree of skill and rich examination in practice can be transformed into the share knowledge of the counselor team and enhance the organized ability of overall counselor team work;and also can improve the synergistic effect on the work of counselors and other student education and management process;so that improve the overall operation mechanism of the ideological education and daily management of the college students.
