摘 要:本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法对成都市51名幼儿园男教师的生存状态进行了调查研究。结果表明:成都市幼儿园男教师是一支年轻的队伍,文化程度较高但却存在学科专业性弱的问题;幼儿教师身份在一定程度上影响了男教师的择偶,虽然经济压力大、职业认同感偏低,但幼儿园男教师人际关系融洽,受到园领导、同事、家长的高度认可以及幼儿的普遍喜爱;幼儿园给予男教师专业发展机会多,但欠缺学前教育专业知识、缺乏自我规划等因素制约着男教师的专业发展;民办幼儿园男教师的职称评定、福利待遇、择偶及工作安全感等生存状态更为严峻。为改变幼儿园男教师的生存状态,需要政府加大投入和监管,也需要幼儿园、男教师本人以及全社会的共同努力。The authors did research on the living situation of 51 male kindergarten teachers in Chengdu through questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the male kindergarten teachers in Chengdu are a group of young people.They have higher education level than the average of the other kindergarten teachers,but many of them don't have professional training experience.The identity of being a kindergarten teacher to a certain extent influences these male teachers' marriage choice.Although they burden high economic pressure and have low professional identification,male kindergarten teachers enjoy interpersonal harmony and high reorganization and they are the favorites of both children and their parents.Although they have good professional development opportunities,inadequate professional education background hinders some male teachers' development.Compared with public kindergartens,male teachers in private kindergartens face more serious living situation in terms of the evaluation of their professional titles,their salary and welfare benefits,their marriage choice and their sense of security towards their work.In order to improve male kindergarten teachers' living situation,joint efforts are needed.Government,kindergarten,male teachers themselves,as well as the whole society should make joint efforts to deal with problems.
