摘  要:在我国确立自主创新战略和创新型国家建设目标的大背景下,临床医学研究生创新能力的培养暨成要务。新型临床医学专业学位研究生以培养高层次应用型专门人才为目标。与传统的专业型研究生不同,以应届毕业生为主要培养对象的新型专业学位研究生应该是具备创新能力的综合性应用型人才。因此,寻找一套科学、有效的培养模式至关重要。针对目前临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式相对单一的现状,本文旨在探讨双导师制教学模式应用于临床专业学位研究生综合能力培养,寻找打造临床医学高层次应用型专门人才之路。In the context of the establishment of strategy of independent innovation and target of the national innovation-type construction in our country, it is urgent to cultivate innovation ability of postgraduates of clinical medicine. The new type of specialized degree in clinical medicine aims at training technology talents and it is mainly to train the graduating students to be comprehensive applied talents with innovative capacity which comes of the traditional specialized degree culture. Consequently, it is critical to find a scientific and effective teaching model. To the question of simplification of teaching model of specialized degree in clinical medicine, the authors aim at investigating the way of double-tutors system applied to the specialized degree in clinical medicine, and seek a successful road to create high-level applied talents in clinical medicine.
