山西电大对教学过程管理的教育理论探索

摘  要:教学过程管理工作是保证教学质量的基石,全国各级电大在构架教学过程管理体系方面可谓制度完备,体系严密。但从诸多调查结果显示,近年来各级电大教学效果的满意度却有下降趋势。面对现实,山西电大在分析各种主客观因素基础上,提出"以学习教育理论为先导,以创新教学模式为基石"的探索理念,先后在学习杜威、陶行知和朗格朗等教育大师理论的基础上,提出"114"教学模式、强化实践能力培养、搭建终身教育平台等解决传统教学过程管理的诸多问题的对策。Teaching process management is the cornerstone of ensuring teaching quality.Nowadays,the system structure of teaching process management is complete and strict in TV universities all over the country.But many survey results show that the satisfaction of the teaching effect of TV university at various levels has the downward trend in recent years.Facing the reality,based on the analysis of subjective and objective factors,Shanxi TV University puts forward the explorational philosophy of "learning the educational theory as the guide,and innovating teaching mode as the foundation stone".After studying the theories of the educatonal masters,such as Dewey,Tao Xingzhi and Lange,Shanxi TV University also puts forward "114" teaching mode and strengthens the practical ability training,and builds a lifelong educational platform to solve the problems in the traditional teaching process.
