摘　　要：充分调动高校教职工的工作积极性,提高工作效率,是高校能否全面发展的关键。根据需要层次理论和激励保健理论,建立高校教职工期望、公平和坚定的目标,充分调动高校教职工作积极性,使高校教职工能够持续、高效、坚定地为学校建设发展服务。The key to overall development of institutions is to promote the working enthusiasm of and enhance the efficiency of working.
