摘　　要：高等教育大众化给教育带来了挑战。传统的专业人才培养方案中,课程设置灵活性不足,学生缺少自主选择＂,以学生为本＂的教育理念体现得不够深入。本文结合实际,修订了凸显本专业特色的人才培养方案。突出了课程的实践性、选择性、灵活性和多样性,满足学生个性发展和多样化需求,有利于人才培养质量的显著提高。The popular of the higher education make the challenge of education.Because the lack of flexibility in curriculum,the degree of the idea of modern education that Student-oriented have not got deep enough,students can not choose course according to their own wishes. The professional training program that highlighting the characteristics was revised combined with the actual.The practical,choice,flexibility and diversity of the course can meet the personality development and diversification needs of the students, and promoting the quality of the training significantly improved.
