摘　　要：本文试从思想政治教育专业兼职班主任的工作实践出发,总结经验,解决一些兼职班主任在实际工作中由于角色多重而引发的职业困境,不断提高兼职班主任在地方本科院校学生管理方面的职业效能感,正确处理好教学工作与兼职班主任工作的关系,完善兼职班主任工作。This paper tries to sum up the experience from the practice of the part-time teachers from the ideological and political education.That solves some professional difficulties as the part-time teacher in practical works arising from his multiple roles.That improves vocational efficacy of the part-time teachers in the student management of local colleges continuously.To correctly handle the relationship between the teaching-work and the part-time work perfects the part-time teacher ＇s work.
