论教学形式的生动性与教学方法的多样性——以社会保障学课程教学为例

摘  要:社会保障学的传统教学方式主要是课堂讲授,这种单一的教学方式不利于应用型人才的培养,教学方法需要改革和创新。社会保障学的教学改革可以从课堂教学方式与方法两个方面进行改革,如采取问题思考、案例分析、社保论坛等多种互动教学形式与方法;社会保障学的教学改革还可以从实践教学方面改革,如采取上机实验、专题论文、实习实训等实践教学形式。这些教学改革探析,有利于该课程教学质量和教学效果的提高。The traditional teaching methods of "Social Security" is classroom teaching, this single teaching method is not conducive to the applied talents, teaching methods need to reform and innovation. Teaching reform of "Social Security" should reform from the classroom teaching ways and means two aspects, such as to take the thinking, case studies, social se- curity forum, and other interactive teaching forms and methods; teaching reform of "Social Security" can also reform from the practice of teaching, such as take-on experiments, monographs, practicing and training, and other form of practice teach- ing. The teaching reform will help to improve the quality of teaching and teaching effectiveness.
