摘　　要：文章从手术室临床教学实际出发,总结出一套较为完善的优化教带模式,包括制定带教计划,人性化带教理念,优化的教学方式方法,师生的分层管理、实习生的出科考核、信息反馈等,取得了较好的教学效果。The article from the clinical teaching practice,summed up a set of complete and optimization with mode,including teaching and teaching plan formulated and teaching concept,human nature,optimize the teaching methods,teachers and students of layered management,and protect life and also of assessment,information feedback,and achieved a better teaching effect.
