摘 要:严复的"信、达、雅"和傅雷的"神似"等观念一直被奉为中国翻译界的指导方针,似乎翻译就是应该尽可能地忠实,不应有自己的意见,更谈不上创造和叛逆。其实不然。从译介学的角度看,跨文化语境下文学译介产生的创造性叛逆及其对现实的影响和作用有积极的也有消极的,我们应该从客观和辩证的角度去把握和利用积极的方面,摈弃消极的方面,利用创造性叛逆的上限,对文学翻译力求达到最高程度的忠实,从而促进文学翻译的发展。Creative Rebellion is a concept which was advanced by French socialist Robert Escarpit,and then was discovered and promoted in China by Professor Xie Tian-zhen.However,it has been caused controversy in the literary circle,because "fidelity,accuracy,elegance" promoted by Yan Fu and "hypotaxis" by Fu Lei have been regarded as guidelines in Chinese translation circle.People always thought translation should have been stuck to the original articles and the translators should not add any ideas of their own to them,even not to create and innovate.This paper studies how literary translation will be rebelled and innovated,and what kind of effect will have.
