凤冈有机茶和湄潭翠芽中茶多糖与茶多酚含量的分析

摘　　要：以遵义优势品牌绿茶凤冈有机茶和湄潭翠芽作为材料,国家级名茶都匀毛尖作为对照,用水溶液浸提法对茶多酚和茶多糖进行提纯,采用酒石酸亚铁比色法和蒽酮法对其含量进行测定.结果表明凤冈有机茶和湄潭翠芽与都匀毛尖相比,茶多酚和茶多糖的含量相近.茶多酚含量:凤冈有机茶28.17%、湄潭翠芽26.46%、都匀毛尖27.02%;茶多糖含量:凤冈有机茶1.19%、湄潭翠芽1.00%、都匀毛尖1.11%.Polyphenols and polysaccharide content in Fenggang organic tea and Meitan Cui buds（two good-quality brands in Zunyi city） has been determined after purification with Tartaric acid iron colorimetric and Anthracene ketone methods,by contrast of the national famous Douyun Maojian tea.The results show that the contents of Fenggang organic tea and Meitan Cui buds are similar to those of Douyun Maojian tea.Polyphenols contents of Fenggang organic tea,Meitan Cui buds and Douyun Maojian tea are 28.17（%）,26.46（%） and 27.02（%） respectively,the polysaccharide contents are 1.19（%）,1.00（%） and 1.11（%） respectively.
