摘　　要：数学教育技术是指运用各种理论和技术,通过对数学教与学的过程和资源的设计、开发、利用、管理和评价,以实现数学教育教学优化的理论和实践.中小学数学教师教育技术应该包括：数学教育技术的应用意识、数学教学设计、数学教学媒体使用技术、数学教学资源的利用与建设、数学教学实施、数学教师专业成长的技术.Mathematics educational technology is the theory and practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by designing,developing,utilizing,managing and evaluating the educational processes and resources to optimize mathematics teaching and learning by using various theories and techniques.The connotation of educational technology of mathematics teachers in primary and secondary schools involves awareness of mathematics educational technology,mathematics instructional design,application of mathematics instructional media,application of mathematics teaching resources and construction,the implementation of mathematics teaching,and professional development of mathematics teachers.
